In the News:

The announcement of the results from the European Space Agency’s Planck satellite has lots of people talking about the "baby picture" of the Universe.
Check out this painting from 2002:

I made this painting based on data from the earlier WMAP satellite.  I thought the color choice could be tweaked a bit, to suggest the colors of the blankets that newborns are swaddled with in hospitals.
